We may be in the business of private wealth and securing our clients future, but there have been some humbling and outstanding results we think are worth sharing.

We hope you will feel the same and share your experience as a Hewison client with your friends and families. The Hewison performance over the past 12 months, as measured by you, could be the greatest gift you could give.

It all began with you, our clients, reflecting on your future, and the results were bright.  A little while ago, you may have received a request to think about the service we provide you. This survey was part of our association with the Macquarie Virtual Adviser Network (VAN), which is a group of high performing financial planning businesses across Australia.

The survey examines a clients’ propensity to continue doing business with us, do more business with us, and refer their family and friends to us.

The results are in and we are thrilled that our clients rated Hewison Private Wealth as a 9.1/10 for overall satisfaction.

The results also showed that Hewison performs well above the average across all satisfaction pillars of people, process, solutions and value that were surveyed by a series of questions. This provided us with a performance measurement that we could share with our entire team; including the advice & planning team, the client services team and the various support staff who all combine to give you the best possible experience with Hewison Private Wealth.

We also received wonderful, open and honest feedback, for which we are incredibly grateful for, this gives us the opportunity to learn and improve for the future. Afterall innovation is one of the key pillars of our business, and let’s face it, we will continue to focus on the 0.9 per cent and work hard to close the gap between 9.1/10 to make it as close as possible to 10/10!

But, for now, we are very proud to share where we landed.

  • Clients feel the experience being delivered by Hewison and their advisers through solutions, people, process and value are often exceeding their expectations.
  • Almost 50% of clients participated in the survey, again this was well above the average number of respondents when compared to other firms. Not only does this ensure the integrity of results but indicates engagement and client satisfaction rating that cements Hewison as a high performing firm and above the average.
  • Client perceptions of the key relationship indicators are outstanding and above wider VAN firm performance. Particularly when it comes to advocacy, with three out of four of you highly likely to recommend us to others.

To be honest, the results surpassed even our lofty expectations, and to that end, we truly are humbled.

The icing on the cake came last Friday when our four Senior Private Client Advisers, Chris Morcom, Glenn Fairbairn, Nathan Lear and Simon Curtain were named in the prestigious ‘Australia’s Top 100 Financial Advisers List’.  This list is produced by The Australian financial magazine The Deal, in collaboration with U.S financial publication Barron’s and is highly regarded.

These above average results achieved over the past year, in every class, across all services, are worth celebrating and sharing widely. We thought you’d like to know, and whilst we can’t predict the future, some things will never change.

You don’t need to spend all day thinking about your future. We’re doing that for you. And today, we continue to think in your best interest.
